Dec. 3rd, 2022 05:22 pmOMORI is a psychological horror RPG that deals with heavy subjects such as trauma, anxiety, depression, suicide, death. A lot of Basil's involvement in Omori is heavily rooted in spoilers for the entire plot/ending of the game, and as such I will be doing my best to mark anything that might come up that might both be spoilery or heavy on the content warnings. Basil in particular deals with topics such as intrusive thoughts, self loathing, dissociation/hallucinations, co-dependency, suicide, and depression. It's a beautiful yet very heavy game, so if these topics are something you'd rather avoid for any reason, this post is for that! I generally play Basil as not being open to discussing a lot of these issues, but inevitably in a game setting with events where memories can be shown, these topics may be inevitably covered and I will do my best to warn for them accordingly.
