[It's hard to say whether it's better or worse that Basil doesn't say anything either as they go. It's hard to really come up with casual conversation to be having when they're heading en-route to murder someone, though, so maybe it's for the best they don't talk. It's just a straight shot mostly from here to the park, which Basil knows very well given the fact it was the first place he retreated to when he first got to Ryslig and could be alone for a while.
It's comforting, in that way, just as much as it feels wrong to be going there for this purpose. He doesn't allow himself to falter though, not slowing even as the park entrance comes into view.]
